Our logistics and customs department cooperates with well-established carriers to organize the complete procurement and shipment logistics. This enables us to control shipment routes, transport means and transit periods at any time. Using the available Internet-based tracking system of the shipment, we achieve timely delivery both to our warehouses and to our customers.

At two warehouse locations in Germany (Munich and Weikersheim), we have approx. 16,750 sq yds (14,000 qm) of storage space available. These central warehouses do bi-weekly shipments to our warehouse in NY, allowing us to ship FOB NY to our customers in North America.

Computerized warehouse management and shipment processing, some of which is directly integrated into our carriers’ and customs office’s IT systems, as well as an optimized warehousing concept facilitating the workflow between goods received and dispatch, ensure a quick turn-around.
